Using the storefront

You may use the ZHOELALA USA storefront for lawful personal shopping and related customer-care purposes.

You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated or abusive methods that materially disrupt the service.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, images, sizing information, availability, and other product information accurately.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, display settings, and the characteristics of the product.

Availability

Products and sizes are subject to availability. Adding an item to a shopping bag does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Availability and authoritative order totals are validated as part of the checkout process.

Prices, discounts, and taxes

Prices and promotions shown on the USA storefront apply to that market unless otherwise stated.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and order totals are determined through the checkout process before payment is completed.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout information does not by itself mean an order has been finally accepted or paid.

Payment is completed through the supported payment flow, and an order is treated as confirmed after ZHOELALA receives authoritative payment confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, inventory unavailability, suspected fraud or misuse, material pricing or system error, legal restrictions, or another operational problem that prevents fulfillment.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Intellectual property

The ZHOELALA name, branding, product content, photographs, graphics, website content, and other materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ZHOELALA intellectual property to you.

Third-party services

The storefront may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, infrastructure, hosting, storage, shipping, and fulfillment.

Third-party services may also operate under their own terms and policies where applicable.

Storefront availability

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the storefront when reasonably necessary.

We do not promise that the storefront will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZHOELALA USA LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the storefront when such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the storefront or business changes. Updated Terms should be posted on this page with a revised date.

The Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Applicable law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. They do not waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
